Located at a remarkable 1,700 meters altitude, the Holiday Home in Barchi offers a two-room apartment that comfortably accommodates up to five people. Cozy and comfortable, this two-room apartment affords privileged contact with the wild nature of Valmalenco and a stunning view of the surrounding landscape and the chairlift.
When the day comes to an end and everyone else leaves, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your authentic relationship with the mountain: The pace slows down, sounds become muffled, and time seems to stand still. The warm tones of the sunset, chased by the advancing twilight, wrap everything in a veil of magic and mystery under the ancient gaze of the alpine peaks, intent on guarding and protecting such enchantment.
Waking up will be just as delightful; in the warmth of a cozy home, the cold is not intimidating. You can spy from behind the glass of the large windows as life resumes with the rising sun at high altitude, an exciting spectacle that invites you to hit the slopes before anyone else, when the lifts are still stationary and the ski run is still pristine, freshly groomed by the snowcat.
In a muffled silence granted only to you, you will sense the mysterious sounds of the mountain and realize that you are one with the nature surrounding you.
COMFORTABLE AND COZY INTERIORS COZY INTERIORS
Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by spacious, bright, and comfortable interiors, the living area a perfect harmony of lines and colors combining modern furnishings with a natural style. The warm and welcoming tones of natural fir wood covering the walls of the rooms will enhance moments of relaxation; we are sure you will feel the urge to touch it with your hands to feel its texture.
In front of you, a large glass door fills the room with light. To your right, you will find a lacquered kitchen, practical and well-organized, adjacent to the table for five: the perfect place to share hearty breakfasts and convivial moments with your adventure companions.
The comfortable sofa bed and soft chaise longue, which can be converted into a single bed if needed, will accommodate the ritual of enjoying a hot drink, surrounded by the warmth of loved ones and listening to enthusiastic stories of the day’s mountain adventures.
At the end of the day, retire to the bedroom and look up at the entirely wooden ceiling, its fir planks transforming your room into a cozy den. Settle at the writing desk, take your time, and surrender to a restorative sleep in the silent heart of the mountain.

The two-room panoramic apartment for five people is equipped with a private bathroom, fitted with toilet, bidet, shower, and sink, a double bedroom, a living area with cooking facilities, a dining table for five people, a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed, and a chaise longue (single bed).

How to get
In winter it is advisable to leave your car in the town of San Giuseppe and reach the hut using the Pedrana – Barchi – Palù chair lift.
In San Giuseppe you will find both free and paid parking (€5 per day).
For this reason, we suggest you do your shopping at the food shops in the villages below (Chiesa in Valmalenco and San Giuseppe) before reaching the apartments.
In summer: you can reach the hut by car and park directly here (free parking).
Love and respect for nature
Out of respect for the land that hosts us, we have chosen to adopt sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact. Much has been done to enhance the apartment’s energy efficiency, and there is still much to do. We are committed to making many improvements in this regard, such as replacing single-use bottles from the apartments (our next goal), and we ask you to do the same with simple daily gestures (like lowering the heating if you’re not home). Together, we can make stays increasingly sustainable.
